Q: Do you deliver the boat?

A: We will deliver the boat anywhere on Conesus Lake free of charge. 

 

Q: What form of payment do you take?

A: We accept PayPal or (we can take your credit card over the phone), US Postal money order, or personal checks. 

 

Q: Is fuel included in the price?

A: No.  We provide the boat full.  If you need fuel during the week, there are two marinas in the SE quadrant of the lake. 

The amount that will be charged depends on use:

          1/4 tank - $30

          1/2 tank - $60

          3/4 tank - $90

          Full tank - $120

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: We will refund your deposit if you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance of your rental date.

Q: Is there a deposit required?

A: Yes, there is a $350.00 Security Deposit - Security Deposit secures your dates and is refundable when the pontoon is returned on time, with full tank of gas and no damage.

Q: What happens if a prop is ruined?

A: Occasionally accidents do happen, and the prop hits the bottom or another obstacle. It is rare in Conesus Lake as there is enough depth in the majority of the lake and you can see the bottom in most cases when in shallow water. There is a $300.00 charge for prop damage.
